Symptom

There is a message in the tasklog while running a task Maintenance Package or Refresh Sessions in the Service Data Control Center (New), transaction SDCCN.

Refresh sessions from destination SAP-SUPPORT_PORTAL finished [Maintenance Package]
> Application error on server side: There is no session refresh API implemented on the system called
> Error reading session list using /sap/bc/sdf/sdcc/ from SAP-SUPPORT_PORTAL
Refresh sessions from destination SAP-SUPPORT_PORTAL started [Maintenance Package]
