Resolution
With the current offering of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0, the application does not support integration with OCR (Optical Character Recognition).
We encourage our customers and if they feel the ability to support integration with OCR and should be part of the product, kindly create an enhancement request on the SAP Influence Portal.
