How to cancel offer letter sent to the candidate?

Canceling an offer depends on how the offer was communicated to the candidate.

If the offer is done via Verbal Order, the recruiter can call the candidate once again to inform about the cancellation of offer.

If the offer is done by via Email as text or Email with PDF attachment, the recruiter can create an adhoc email in the application page to communicate the change in offer.

Lastly if the offer sent via Online Offer or Online Offer with eSignature, there is a cancel button in the Offer Letter portlet in the application that visible to the originator. The trigger Online Offer Cancelled by Sender and Online Offer Cancelled by Sender Candidate Notification should be enabled.
