3142471 - Different behaviors of single-click and double-click input when scaling is set in SAP Analytics Cloud for Planning (SAC)

The following behavior occurs in SAP Analytics Cloud for Planning (SAC):

• The scaling of an account member is set to None in the modeler and the scaling of the number format is set to Thousand in the table styling tab.
• When you single click a cell and type 100, it shows 100K. When you double click a cell and type 100, it shows 0.1K.

The behavior is always the same as long as you set the scaling in the modeler or the table styling tab. For example, 

• Scale is thousand in modeler. No scale in the styling tab.
• Scale is None in modeler. Scale is thousand in the styling tab.
• Scale is thousand in modeler. Scale is thousand in the styling tab.

• SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2022.QRC1

This is the designed behavior.

Users can enter the data with scale via a single click, and if he/she wants to edit unit for a value with a thousand scale, it's challenging to edit the value with scale, so he/she can double click to edit the raw data.
e.g. assuming the scale is thousand, if the raw data is 100001 and displayed as 100K in table, it's quite hard to change it to 100002 if scale is always there. With the current design, users can double click, see 100001, and edit the raw data directly.
