3142481 - STRUST: How to extract required certificate response from provided file by CA vendor

Symptom

According to note 508307 and note 1468249, it is already known that STRUST requires CA response content like below.
As there is only one certificate file received from CA vendor, it is unclear that how to get required certificate response content from this received file.
