Symptom

Goals are being displayed duplicated on the candidate's record.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access the candidate's Details via Onboarding Dashboard.
  2. Access the Set Goals task.
  3. You will encounter duplicated tasks.

Cause

goalCategoriesConfig under Onboarding Program, has duplicated values.

Resolution

Access the Onboarding Program under Manage Data.

At the bottom of the page you will find the goalCategoriesConfig, review if there you can see duplicate entries of the Goals, remove the unnecessary Goals and save.

In case the goalCategoriesConfig, are correct and still the goals are being duplicated, raise a ticket with Support Team.
