How to disable the add button for Address Information during PDC

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login as the onboardee
  2. Go to Personal Data Collection
  3. Continue through personal data collection until you reach the address information portlet
  4. See that the add button is visible in the address information portlet

Cause

The permissions granted to the role associated with Onboarding External Users needs to be modified.

Resolution

  1. Admin Center > Manage Permission Toles.
  2. Navigate to the role for Onboarding External Users.
  3. Locate the permissions for Employee Central Effective Dated Entities > Address Information Actions.
  4. Remove the edit permission for Address Information Actions.
  5. Save the changes to disable the add button in the address information portlet during Personal Data Collection.
