3142733 - Cannot Assign Custom Card To Multiple Business Roles In C4C

You have created a Custom Card on the Homepage and would like to assign it to multiple Business Roles.

SAP Cloud For Customer

1. Adapt the Homepage.
2. Choose "Adapt For User Role".
3. Choose Business Role "ABC" (ABC replacing the name of your Business Role).
4. Click Add Cards Button.
5. Create Custom Card.
6. Publish and Leave adaptation.

Then:

1. Adapt the Homepage.
2. Choose "Adapt For User Role"
3. Choose Business Role "XYZ" (XYZ representing the other Business Role you would like to assign the Card to).
4. Click Add Cards Button,
5. Add existing Card.
6. The card you created while adapting other role is not available.

This use case is not yet supported. If you would like to see the same for another business role, you will need to create a new identical card for that Business Role.
