3142734 - Duplicated Email Being Used - Onboarding

Symptom

When doing onboarding for a new hire, the same email is being used more then once for multiples candidates.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Cause

The same email is being used for many candidates.

Resolution

It's not possible to use one email for multiple candidates, actually each candidate need to have your own and unique email. Please use a unique email for each new hire.

If the email is associated to an existing user, it's possible to do the rehire process that will pick the old candidate data.
