You would like to download the Crystal Add-In for reporting use, however you notice that since the release 2202, the add-in is not available.

Cause
From 2202 onwards, Crystal Reports are no longer supported and the SAP add-in for Crystal Reports is no longer available for download. This was done to close a security gap that arose from changing and updated technologies in ByDesign which differ from Crystal Reports.
Resolution
You can use the standard ByDesign reporting capabilities (browser reports) or alternatively obtain Crystal Reports as a standalone product and download the required data from ByDesign to use it in Crystal Reports.
