3142788 - Error "Cannot select more than 1000 items" When Selecting More Than 1000 Entries in Any OWL

When selecting more than 1000 entries in any OWL, you get the error "Cannot select more than 1000 items".

This can be reproduced in several ways. Our example is in the Accounts view:

1. Go to the Customers work centre
2. Go to the Accounts view
3. In the OWL, select a query that has more than 1000 entries
4. Select more than 1000 entries

Result: Error "Cannot select more than 1000 items"

This is the current expected system behaviour. You can select a maximum of 1000 items at once.

This behaviour is the same for all overviews in the system and was implemented due to performance reasons. These settings cannot be changed via scoping questions, fine tuning, administrator options nor via layout settings.
