3142791 - Onboarding Dropdown is not working - Onboarding 1.0

Customer is trying to click on the Onboarding 1.0 Dashboard drop down button, but it does not show anything.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

1. Log into system (Bizx)
2. Go to Onboarding 1.0
3. Once you are in, try clicking Onboarding 1.0 Dashboard
4. Nothing will happen:

Misconfiguration in Onboarding 1.0 Settings set in Provisioning.

Customer side might require assistance from the Implementation Partner if they don't have access to backend.

1. Go to Provisioning
2. Access "Company Settings"
3. Search for Onboarding 1.0 Application settings
4. Double check Environment if it's configuration correctly (most issues happen if there is no environment set on this field)
5. Go to Super Admin
6. Disable and Enable Bizx Connection.
