3142798 - Re-partitioning of time selection (RANGE) table is required to change partitioning definition

The following error message is shown when a switch in partitioning definition from column to page is initiated for a table partitioned by range:

Could not execute 'ALTER TABLE "<schema_name>"."<table_name" ALTER PARTITION <number_of_partitions> PAGE LOADABLE'SAP DBTech JDBC: [7]: feature not supported: The table is partitioned with a time selection partitioning. For this kind of partitioning it is not allowed to change loading type.

The reason of changing partitioning definition could be SAP Note 3108503 CREATE TABLE: Load Unit is set for table with Data Aging.
