Symptom
- The create follow-up order button from calls is missing in Live Activity Center
- Per documentation, the "Create Follow-Up Order From Calls" is possible per new enhancements in C4C

Resolution
- The "Create Follow-Up Orders From Calls" is available only via a Call List
- The "Create Order" button is located within the fields list instead of the "New" actions button
- The Create Order button must be enabled via the adaptation mode by your administrator, who has access to the Live Activity Center
