3142826 - The Create Follow-Up Order from calls: "Create Order" button is not found in the Live Activity View

Symptom

  • The create follow-up order button from calls is missing in Live Activity Center
  • Per documentation, the "Create Follow-Up Order From Calls" is possible per new enhancements in C4C

Resolution

  • The "Create Follow-Up Orders From Calls" is available only via a Call List
  • The "Create Order" button is located within the fields list instead of the "New" actions button

  • The Create Order button must be enabled via the adaptation mode by your administrator, who has access to the Live Activity Center
