Symptom
- The error A 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable appears when attempting to close the activity.
- Error received when trying to refresh an open cases.

Resolution

Please note that due to the unexpected outage some of the cases that will be initiated/submitted will experience a "Duplicate Case" panel. In this case the current workaround here is to add a comment "Technical Problem" and proceed on the E-Verify activities.
