Symptom
- After configuration of BI -> SAC User Provisioning following the documentation, it can be observed that the source system job fails with the below error generated in the job logs
org.quartz.JobExecutionException: Cannot execute provisioning job in tenant context: 0ea278f0-3a04-4e18-86da-781abde5127a
Caused by: com.sap.cloud.ips.connector.exception.ProvisioningRuntimeException: Error during execution on behalf of tenant with ID: <ID>
Caused by: com.sap.cloud.ips.runtime.exception.ProvisioningException: Can not read entities from source system: 'BIOnPrem: <ID>'
Caused by: com.sap.cloud.ips.connectors.api.ConnectorException: HTTP operation failed invoking http://<HOST>:8080/biprws/sbop/internal/v2/scim/Users
startIndex=1&count=100&filter=userId%20eq%205912 with statusCode: 403
Caused by: org.apache.camel.http.common.HttpOperationFailedException: HTTP operation failed invoking http://<HOST>:8080/biprws/sbop/internal/v2/scim/Users

the system correctly in your cloud connector. - Cloud Connector ljs_trace.log shows the following error:
