3143188 - Recording configuration (e.g: Valuate on Enter) does not affect on status of characteristic in QE51N

In results recording transaction, a recording configuration option (for example: Valuate on Enter) is maintained for the user.

However, this does not have effect on the status of the inspection characteristic.

For example, Valuate on Enter is active, but inspection characteristic still in status 2 (Processed) on tab Summarized or General at the Characteristic overview screen.
