3143318 - Unable to change the contract type of a P001 product from Fixed Price to Time and Expense

• Changing an item that was created with contract type 'Time and Expense Billing' to 'Fix Price' does not result in the changing of a product or warning/error message.
• Updating a 'Project-Based Service: Fixed Price' item from contract type 'Fixed Price' to 'Time and Expense Billing' results in error: You have chosen a contract type that is not permitted for material P001. The system will revert to the previous contract type.
