3143360 - Service Order not Available to be Selected on Code List Restrictions

Symptom

You are setting up Code List Restrictions for several objects on the system, but notices that the Service Order object cannot be selected.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Administrator work center.
  2. Select the General Settings view.
  3. Open the Code List Restrictions.
  4. Click New.
  5. On Business Object, the Service Order is not part of the list.

Cause

Not all objects are available to be selected for Code List Restrictions.

Resolution

This is the current expected behavior of SAP Cloud for Customer.

2.  If you are a customer:

    1. Contact your Account Executive;
    2. Check the link https://www.sap.com/services/innovation.html#contact-us.

An alternative option may be to check the SAP Cloud for Customer Influence Site to submit an idea.
