Symptom

The following errors occurs after table is in replication phase:

"Can't process table [Table name] (portion                                                 1, migration object Z_[Table name]_[MTID])
Error occurred during execution of API activity; see application log
An exception was raised
Cannot calculate portions for object [Table name] and subscriber [subscription ID]
The number of records in each portion must be greater than 0"
