3143710 - Internal server error. (RWS 00070) when viewing Crystal Report properties

Symptom

  • After migrating or updgrading to an SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Platform 4.3 environment, when attempting to view the Properties of one or more Crystal Reports -- from within either the BI Launch Pad or Central Management Console -- the following error is returned:
    • Internal server error. (RWS 00070)
  • Newly-created copies of the same Crystal Reports objects do not exhibit this behavior
