3143725 - At Purchase Requisition document changing not the actual user's, but the document's creator's authorization profile is checked

When a user creates a purchase requisition(PR) with any of the GUI transactions(ME51n) or via BAPI_PR_CREATE function module or via Fiori app, the PR creation happens without any error. 
But when another user tries to edit the PR with any of the GUI transactions or suitable BAPI or Fiori app, it fails with error: "Authorization missing for..." - MMPUR_REQ_COMMON 097.
When you check the SU53 authorization check logs, you will see that the validation happened for the user who is the original requestor of the PR and not the user who is editing it.
