Symptom
- ASE installer changes to System PATH due to CVE-2022-22528
- ASE Installer does not set System PATH entries anymore
- What changes were make to mitigate CVE-2022-22528?
- When starting ASE or using an ASE utility, 'missing file' errors are returned, for example :
- "cannot find NT Sybase SQL Server DLL"
- Missing libsybcs.dll
- The code execution cannot proceed because libsybcs64.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.
