A 4306 error may be reported during LOAD TRANSACTION after dbcc checkdb and dbcc checkcatalog are executed while the offline database is in a load sequence.
Msg 4306, Level 16, State 1:
Server 'ASE16', Line 1:
There was activity on database since last load, unable to load. Must restart load sequence with the load database to continue.
