3143882 - Donut Chart Not Available For Multivalued Field

Symptom

You have added a multivalued field but the option "Show In Donut Chart" is not available.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

This is just an example. This behavior can happen in others screens.

  1. Go to Customers Work Center.
    1. Enter Accounts View.
    2. Start adaptation mode.
    3. In adaptation mode, find the multivalued field you would like to add to donut chart.
    4. Result: The option "Show In Donut Chart" is not available.

    Cause

    Donut chart is no longer supported for multivalued field since 2102 release.

    Resolution

    This is standard system behavior.
