3143982 - Asign colours according to the Chart values in the Story report

By default, the report will assign the random colors and it will change the color if any changes/addition in the values.
In the Chart Structure components, we can assign the colors for Chart values manually.
For example, Process form status is Open and Cancelled.

If we want to assign different colors to Open and Cancelled forms then we need to use Assign Colors option.
