3144046 - "Job document already exists with this name" error occurs in the create Job Documentation Simple UI

• When trying to add a new job in Job Management in Tab "Job Documentation - Simple UI", an error message is shown:
  "Job document already exists with this name". The job(s) have existed before and have been deleted. Afterwards, when trying to re-create them, they are not shown any more in the job documentation overview, but in table "AGS_JOB_DEF", the entries still exist.
