3144217 - Database Load failed with "Memory allocation failed" - SAP ASE

Symptom

Load database fails with the following errors:

Memory allocation failed in memalloc for a MEMC_RUNLIST_1 allocation.  This DUMP or LOAD session must exit.

Memory allocation failed in bs_remap_runlist for a M_IO_LIST allocation.  This DUMP or LOAD session must exit.

MMM DD HH:MM:SS YYYY: Backup Server: 6.32.2.3: compress::</path/to/dumpfile/<filename>::005: volume not valid or not requested (server: , session id: 17.)

MMM DD HH:MM:SS YYYY : Backup Server: 1.14.2.4: Unrecoverable I/O or volume error.  This DUMP or LOAD session must exit.
