3144403 - Unable to open SSL connection to host "hostname:port"

You are using HTTPS for Integration Directory and Integration Repository, during the configuration in Integration Directory or Integration Repository, there is following error:

Connection to system REPOSITORY using application REPOSITORY lost. Detailed information: Processing request (SAP:30000:-1:300000): Sending request to https://<host>:<port>/rep/query/int?container=any and receiving response ... FAILED! Message is: Unable to open SSL connection to host "https://<host>:<port>". Peer certificate rejected by ChainVerifier.
Exception:
Message: Unable to open SSL connection to host "host:port". Peer certificate rejected by ChainVerifier.

java.io.IOException: Unable to open SSL connection to host

If you reproduce this issue and collect the XPI Inspector trace with Example 11(Authentication, SSL & PP), there is following error found:
ssl_debug(2): ChainVerifier: No trusted certificate found, rejected.
ssl_debug(2): Sending alert: Alert Fatal: bad certificate
ssl_debug(2): Shutting down SSL layer...
ssl_debug(2): SSLException while handshaking: Peer certificate rejected by ChainVerifier
