Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in as Hiring Manager
  2. Access Homepage
  3. Click on New Employee Activities Onboarding tile
  4. Error received: "An error has occurred while trying to process your request. If the problem persists, please contact our technical support."

Cause

Enable Onboarding 1.0 Tasks Todo Tile is disable in Provisioning Settings

Resolution

  1. Log into Provisioning
  2. Settings
  3. Search for "Enable Onboarding 1.0 Tasks Todo Tile"
  4. Enable feature
