3144735 - Adding/Updating the value of Salutation Field - Recruiting Posting

When a user is posting a job to job boards via Recruiting Posting, the user is asked to define the Salutation field by either Mr. or Mrs. Customer wants to update or add value to the field.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting

Currently, it is not possible to modify or add a new value to the Salutation Field in Recruiting Posting. However, the customer can submit an enhancement for the feature for the Product Management to consider adding this in future releases.
