3144743 - Names with Special Characters not showing in the search results for the User lists field of panel - Onboarding 1.0

When searching for a user’s full name containing special characters in the user list field on a panel, the name does not appear in the search results.

Below are workarounds that can be done to search for names with special characters:

1. Type each character of the name instead of pasting the whole name to search
2. Use the login Id/login name of the user to be searched
