3144808 - Billing block is maintained in Sales Order but system allows to create Billing Document - S/4HANA Cloud

Though Sales Order is set Billing Block Reason, user can still create billing document for it in Create Billing Document app.

1.  Maintain Billing Block Reason in Sales Order header
2.  Create Billing Document for the Sales Order
3.  System does not prevent the billing creation

The Billing Blocking Reason is not assigned to the Billing Type in SSCUI 102401 Assign Blocking Reasons to Billing Types.

1.  Open app Manage Your Solution
2.  Open SSCUI 102401 Assign Blocking Reasons to Billing Types
3.  Assign the Billing Blocking Reason to the Billing Type
