Symptom

A user tries to post goods issue for an ODO via the tcode /SCWM/PRDO, the user gets the error message "Delivery &1 item &2: Assigned TU already left the checkpoint", message no. is /SCWM/GOODS_MOVEMENT063.
Then the user tries to reverse departure for the TU via the tcode /SCWM/TU, the user gets the error message "Vehicle &1/&2 is already active", message no. is /SCWM/SHP_RCV575.
