3144946 - [Onboarding] How to skip New Hire Data Review in Onboarding Process

Unable to Skip Review new hire data step. Can we Skip New Hire Data Review step, what is SAP recommendation? Will there be any impacts on next steps (Personal Data Collection, Documents).

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

• The rule "SAP_ONB2_HMReviewCheck" is not entirely responsible to Skip NHDR.
• PVM controls this. The rule is responsible to review whether NHDR is required and assign the responsible group with respect to the group "ONB_Responsible_Group".
• Process Variant Manager assigns and triggers the NHDR if configured in the Onboarding Process. 
• The next steps such as Personal Data Review and Document Flow will not be impacted (If configured in PVM) if you skip NHDR step as every Onboarding Process is independent of each other. 

Kindly find the below changes made to the instance to ensure that NHDR is skipped:

• In Process Variant Manager, add a new custom Process Variant
• The rule "ONB_PROCESS_VARIANT" should be modified to include the custom Process Variant.
