3144954 - Job req filter 'show only job requisitions pending my approval' is not consistent for collaboration step in route map

Under Recruiting > Filters > Enable ‘show only job requisitions pending my approval’

Sometimes the list displays job requisitions that are not currently with the user whenever a collaborative step is involved.

We have two users (User A and User B) in a collaborative step in the route map, both of them are exit users which is set up under the respective route map.

As of now let us assume that the 'currently with user' is User A.

But, when you check as User B : Under Enable ‘show only job requisitions pending my approval’ as a filter in the list of job requisitions, we can see that the same job requisition is listed.

Let us suppose all of the users in the collaborative step are exit users.

Let us say one of the exit user has completed the requisition. On completing, he can move it to next step without waiting for other users to complete, since he/she is an exit user.

Same behavior would be seen for all other users in that collaborative step who are exit users.\

We have also received confirmation from Engineering team that this is expected behavior.

Both users (A & B) (same collaborative step) in this case are exit users.

Which means both users will be able to approve the requisition. Hence it makes sense to show the form on both users list. 

Also, the 'currently with user' will be the one whose name appears first in the route map configuration, until he/she approves it.

Once he/she approves it, the form will go to the next user.

However since the other user is also an exit user and can also take an action on the requisition, it will show up in his/her list as well.
