3144988 - None of the field change business rules are triggering in the instance

Field change business rules configured in the Offer Detail template OR any other templates are not working at all.

The rule trace appears blank.

None of the On Change OR Field Change rules configured in Offer Detail/Job Requisition/Candidate/Application templates are working as expected.

But the On Save rules they trigger fine.

Our Engineering team has confirmed that from recruiting perspective, we should not be configuring the System Objects such as "Rule" to be a secured object under Configure Object Definitions.

If it's marked as "Secured" then only those users who have been granted the required RBP role will be able to access it and for others it will start to fail.

Go to Admin Center > Configure Object Definitions > Object Definition > Rule > Make Correction > Change the value of "Secured" field to NO and Permissions Category to "No Selection".

Post making these changes the Field Change rules should work as expected.
