3145124 - BAPI_INSPLOT_GETLIST doesn't return inspection lot (Q5001)

Symptom

After executing function module BAPI_INSPLOT_GETLIST for the material document number (MAT_DOC), the table INSPLOT_LIST remains empty. However, table RETURN is filled with message:

Q5001 - No entries were selected.

This is incorrect, as an inspection lot exists for the affected material document. It can be proved by executing BAPI BAPI_INSPLOT_GETDETAIL for the lot number (NUMBER), the table MATERIAL_DOCUMENTS returns the affected material document.
