3145219 - IBP: Key figure based at Calendar Week level can not be displayed at Monthly level

• A key figure (KF1) displays a value at the Calendar Week level in a planning view.
• When trying to display the same key figure at a higher time level (i.e. Monthly, Quarterly, etc):
  
  • either a 'no data found' message is given;
  • OR, the key figure does not display any value.
• The key figure is based at the Calendar Week level.
