3145294 - Mobile home page banner image is not changed.

Symptom

Home page banner changes is not reflecting in Mobile app. The home page banner is updated in web browser but in mobile app, the old banner is still showing.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to customer's instance
  2. Change the banner image in web browser

Compare the mobile app and web browser's home page -- the mobile app banner in the homepage still shows the old image.

Cause

Pending root cause from engineering team

Resolution

This issue is resolved and a fix was moved last February 14, 2022.
