3145303 - Billing Output Jobs resulting in Failure - S/4HANA Cloud

While configuring Billing Output Jobs, job fails without further explanation in jobs log. Error message instructs to open an incident to respective component.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 

1. Schedule Billing Output app.
2. Check for Failed Output job runs.
3. Check further details, job log instructs to open a ticket.

Even though the user interface allows multiple selections for the following fields, making multiple selections within one of these fields will cause an error in the output job:

• Sales organization
• Distribution channel
• Division
• Destination country

While the user interface permits multiple selections for the fields below, choosing more than one value in any single field will trigger an error during output processing:

• Sales organization
• Distribution channel
• Division
• Destination country

As a result, it is important to specify no more than one value per field, or leave the field empty or to prevent technical issues when Adobe Document Services generates the PDF, SAP strongly advises against sending billing documents with over 1000 items through PRINT or EMAIL.
