3145305 - How to deal with application logs in BALDAT and BALHDR tables for application log object OUTPUT_CONTROL with application log subobject BGRFC

There are large amount of records for object OUTPUT_CONTROL with subobject BGRFC generated in tables BALDAT and BALHDR. The entries in table BALHDR have ALDATE_DEL = '99990101' and DEL_BEFORE = 'X' set. As the data amount is increasing very fast, entries need to be deleted in order to release the memory but it is not sure how to delete them in a right way.
