3145339 - HANA upgrade fails with "Migration to Python 3 can happen only after all customer specific tooling has been migrated to Python 3"

When you update HANA DB to HANA 2.0 SPS05 Rev56 or higher, you saw the following error messages.

In hdblcm.log, you observed the following error messages:
11:19:13.932 - ERR : Migration to Python 3 can happen only after all customer specific tooling has been migrated to Python 3. Migrate all customer specific tooling to Python 3 and confirm that when done.
