3145452 - Error in MDG Background Work Items after system upgrade

Symptom

  • After system upgrade, when activating CR workflow through MDG process for Material, the workflow is going to error status and the background work item is failing during execution.
  • The errors like the followings can be found in the workflow log of WS60800086: 
    • Error 'Task TS57600002 cannot be read' (Message no. 5W304).
    • Unable to determine work item type for step at node 0000000236 (Message no. SWP135).
    • Error when processing node '0000000236' (ParForEach index 000000) (Message no. SWP088).
