3145588 - Error appearing in the Youcalc custom tiles/adhoc reports defined with Job Req Custom Status field as filter.

Symptom

A custom tile defined in the Home page that uses a filter based on “Job Req Custom Status” field does not load properly and an error is displayed.

Reproducing the Issue

A custom tile in the Home page that uses a filter based on “Job Req Custom Status” field is not loading properly in the UI and we get the message "Error Occurred"

 

 

Cause

In B2111, there was a change made to Job Req Status Audit Table to fix a defect and this was the repercussion. 

Resolution

  1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Dashboards > Manage Standard Dashboards and YouCalc Files
  2. Select the custom tile which has “Job Req Custom Status” set as a Filter
  3. Edit the tile by choosing the filters values again

 

 

4. Click on Done > Next > Save

5. Go to the Home page and ensure the custom tile is now loading properly
