3145611 - Claim and Release in My Inbox is not working as expected while using substitution

Symptom

The claim and release functionality does not work as expected in Fiori My Inbox application when substitution is active. After release, the work item does not go back exclusively to the original users' inbox and text "On behalf of" is not displayed again.
