3145753 - Error when trying to hire new employee - Employee Central

When going trying to add new employee following error is displayed: 

???EMPFILE_HRIS_HIRE_CREATE_ERROR_AT_USER_SYS_INFO???

Manager selected in manage pending hires is currently inactive.

Please choose an active manager to proceed the hire.

There is already an enhancement to change the error message to be user friendly. Support Engineers please check internal memo  for more details.
