Symptom

 Accruals and deferrals have been carried out for RE-FX contracts with transaction RERAALCN.

When executing an accrual run for the new fiscal year after closing the last fiscal year the error message ACEPS061 “Processing not possible on … - fiscal year … not carried forward” is raised.
