You want to access the report which gives details of Over-the-Counter Sales.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Over-the-Counter Sales work center. 
2. Navigate to the Reports view and choose the option List. 
3. You see there are no report available which provides you details of Over-the-Counter Sales.

The standard report for Over-the-Counter sales is not yet delivered.

• The current recommendation is to create a customized report and assign it to Over-the-Counter Sales work center. 
• If you have a business requirement which needs to change this system behavior we recommended you to provide this feedback at SAP Business ByDesign Ideas forums, available here. This forum is monitored directly by our Product Management and they will be able to assess your requirement for feasibility to be added in the future release.
