3146123 - SAC - Data action with advanced formula isn't working

A simple data action is not updating a planning story as expected. 

You have created a model, type new, for planning with multiple measures

In the planning story, users can update the measure for Amount.  However, the measure cannot be updated through a data action

The root cause is that the hierarchy was not defined in the data action.

Add the hierarchy as a parameter to the data action
